Furniture Medic by Karen is an independent family-owned and operated Service Master Franchise that has been serving the Northern Virginia Metro Area since 1998. The company was started in 1998 by Karen and Brad Osman and is now owned and operated by their sons Erick and Mitchell, who have been involved in the business since its beginning. Furniture Medic by Karen is different than most other furniture repair and restoration companies. Through Erick and Mitchell's years of furniture repair and restoration experience, the Osman brothers have developed special techniques and use products that allow almost all of their services to be performed onsite at the customer's home or business. This allows for the work to be done quickly and efficiently, and the customer doesn't have to wait weeks for their furniture to be delivered back to them. INFORMATION NEEDED

• In order to give you an estimate via email, we will need the following please:
• Location/address of the damaged furniture - this information is needed because we do all of our repairs on-site at your home
• A description of the piece of furniture and the damage sustained to each piece/work needed
• A detailed description of exactly what you want to have done with each piece
• A picture of the entire piece of furniture for each piece
• Another picture zoomed in on the damaged area(s) for each piece/area where work is needed
• Including a common object in the photo next to the damage helps determine the scale to provide a more accurate estimate. A tape measure or a coin are typical examples.
• Please include the overall dimensions for your furniture pieces
• On occasion, we may need to do an on-site visit to provide you with an accurate estimate.
• Also, an onsite estimate can be requested for a fee.
