  3. Complete Franchise Application and background check forms
  4. Connect with the team who will be supporting you in your business
  5. Obtain funding through SMAC or a lender of your choice, if applicable
  6. Return signed Franchise Agreement
  7. Complete initial Academy training in Memphis, TN
  8. Launch your business
  9. Participate in Mentoring Program
  10. Participate in Post-Academy training in Memphis, TN
