Initial Franchisee Training
  • 20-Hour Pre-Academy: An online, home study program to prime all new franchise owners prior to Academy arrival
  • Two-Week Academy: Our intensive, hands-on curriculum that develops key skill sets, including business startup, marketing, customer acquisition, and retention
  • Post-Academy: 90 days after Academy training, franchisees return to ensure that technical skills and marketing plans are on target
Continuing Franchisee Development
