As part of our national program, we provide value by validating your savings. Monthly dashboard reports detail the average and median reduced severities. Our goal is to keep you informed as we restore your client’s property as quickly and efficiently as possible to ensure their life can get back to normal.

How It Works
- Wood items are inspected and evaluated to determine the best restoration and repair procedure for you items.
- If water damage has occurred, the item may need to dry for up to 2 weeks before we begin work.
- An evaluation is made whether the work can be performed on-site or if it needs to be taken to an outside shop.
- Before any work is done, we ask you to sign a form authorizing the work to be completed.
- Once the work is finished, a satisfaction form will be provided to you to authenticate the work has been completed to your satisfaction.
When you have a claim, simply call 1-800-RESPOND. You will be referred to a qualified Furniture Medic business that has met compliance and has participated in training to certify them to perform disaster restoration work.
